The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is currently preparing a feasibility report on developing a non-stop metro service from Greater Noida’s Pari Chowk to Jewar Airport and another from Delhi airport to Jewar airport.

According to Yamuna Authority CEO, Arun Vir Singh, “We are planning this metro line for the people traveling to the airport, thus we are preparing the feasibility report. This metro line will help people in reaching the airport in a short duration of time. The complete line will be a 38-kilometer track with no stoppage.”

On the route between Delhi and Jewar airport, he said that this route will have maximum two to three stoppages as this will be a longer route. A direct metro line will help Delhi passengers to reach Jewar Airport in short duration.

He further said that they also planning an alternative communication route for the local passengers of Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. It may include a tram facility or any other mode of transportation. However, it may change in future once the feasibility report will be finalized.
