Here is some good news for the Indian Realty Sector as a report show signs of recovery in the same. The report further states that the property market is witnessing major investment by High-Net worth Individuals [HNIs] and thus the realtors have the chance to make up for the loss they have incurred in the past due to low-time in the sector.

The report has been released by an Ahmedabad-based Consulting firm which also expects more investments by the year 2020. Also, the current HNI investors are likely to gain 20-30 percent returns in the coming future.

Also, the introduction of strict reforms such as Demonetisation, Real Estate Regulation Act [RERA], Goods and Service Tax [GST] and 100-percent FDI [Foreign Direct Investment] in the property market has made several people turn to this sector for the investment purpose.

Lastly, the aspiring home buyers today look for spacious residential units as compared to the area size. The report further states that Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Patna, Vijaywada, Kanpur and Jamshedpur are better cities for living.
