The Noida authority has planned that all the property registration and title transfer work of residential properties will be carried out online. This process will begin from 1st January and this will be a huge relief to the people as they need not visit the authority to get these property related tasks done.
The officials also said that the online system will add transparency in the process and will consume less time in comparison to the task done manually.
Rajesh Kumar Singh, OSD to the Noida Authority, shared more information the issue and said that these online services were commenced in November. He also said that the beneficiaries were directed to get themselves registered under KYA (know your allottee). The authority had made services such as mortgage, work extension, mutation, development fee, and more online but now we have decided to make this online system mandatory in the jurisdiction.
The OSD to the Noida Authority also said that the manual services will be brought to hold from this month only.
Singh also said that people can now easily execute the procedure and paperwork with a click and the online system will also allow them to check the status of their applications on the portal. Apart from this, people can make online payment and the same will be updated in due time.
The Noida authority is likely to make the online facility mandatory to transfer memorandum from 15th January. The transfer of memorandum is the official permission granted by the authority according to which the property owner can transfer his/her ownership title.
