Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar launched HRERA portal but with a difference. The inaugurated web portal is dedicated to Panchkula and Gurugram city of the Haryana state.
This step also made Haryana the first state to have two Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA) for the convenient of all the stakeholders. After the inauguration ceremony, CM Khatter said described the real estate sector as a major contributor in the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) and also said that the sector contributes nearly 9 to 10 percent.
Being home a necessity for each family and the introduction of RERA will ensure a smart shift of the real estate sector from unplanned to a planned manner. These two RERA portals will dedicated resolve the issued faced by home buyer and owners as the Gurugram RERA will act against the issues of the local residents whiles the Panchkula RERA will work for the rest of Haryana.
The citizens can now file a complaint online and can also check the status of their complaint online by simply logging on to HRERA i.e. Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authorities.
The Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal also said that the general complaints are planned to get resolved by HRERA within 60 days of filing a complaint. He also said that the state government decided to form an Appellate Tribunal and its headquarter will be located in Karnal where the complaints of stakeholders against the decision of HRERA will be heard.
Now the residents of Haryana can visit www.haryanarera.gov.in and get their property related issues resolves in the least possible time.
