Good news for all the property owners of Gurugram, in order to make the registration of properties more secure in the city, Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-RERA) has started issuing a new certificate to developers and real estate agents. The new registration certificate can be easily filled and renewed online by the owners.
Giving more information on the new certificate chairman of H-RERA, K K Khandelwal said that the new certificate will be valid for five years and one can easily see the rules printed on the left hand side of the certificate. He further said that real estate agents, developers or property owners can easily fill up the form and attach related documents on the authority’s website. This will further help us in keeping a check on property duplication and documents tampering.
Giving information on the documents which need to be uploaded during the filling up of the form, H-RERA officials said, “A property owner has to give information about their tax details, PAN number, and address proof along with their photographs too. Apart from this they also have to give details about whether their property has been registered as a proprietorship firms, society, partnership or company including details of registration of any other properties in other state or union territory.”
While one can register as an individual or as a company in the new form, they also have to submit a prescribed fee in the form of cheque/demand draft along with the registration form online. The fee for an individual has been fixed at Rs 25,000 per property, while the same for a company is Rs 2, 50,000 per property.
After the successful submission of the form by the property owner, it will be scrutinized by concerned authority and a final decision about the registration will be taken after that within next 30 days.
